I am extremely satisfied with Ascend Hardware especially from Dex. From start to finish, Ascend team was professional & efficient. Firstly, their customer service was top-notch. The representative I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. Dex was also punctual and quickly get into work without much delay. I was impressed with his level of expertise and knowledge as he explained the AutoSeal product while installing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and thorough services.

Recently during 11/11 I purchased Nikawa Autoseal and Door closer for my main door, discount was fantastic but the icing on the cake is Dex, the sales person who served me after my purchase. Dex was really helpful throughout the communication on installation. He texted me via WhatsApp the next day to arrange for installation, note that it is on a Sunday. I know I've chose the right company to have such dedicated sales person working on a weekend. He walked me through the installation without me even asking which I appreciated really much as this will allow me to know what will be happening during the installation day. He also ask to get some measurement and even advised me that I have made the wrong purchase for my door closer and suggested an alternative, I readily agreed and assisted me to secure the 11/11 price! During the installation, it was such a breeze as Dex has already walked me through it. It was done in less than 30 minutes and it was perfect! No words can describe my appreciation from Ascend Hardware and Dex. Thank you for giving me such outstanding service and please extend our gratitude to Dex, he deserve it! I will definitely recommend everyone to purchase from Ascend Hardware and hope you all are lucky enough to get Dex as your sales person. Thank you once again!

Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy damages to your personal property and begging your vendors for service. The pictures of my doors speak for themselves. We went with Ascend for our doors due to their reasonable groupbuy pricing and good presale service. However, everything went downhill after we made our deposits. 1) Lack of responsiveness in arranging an installation date. It took at least 3-4 weeks for them to send a confirmation, with 6-7 chasers. 2) The installer who finally called to confirm the date barked at me over the phone and insisted to come on a different date I'd requested. 3) Installation was completely botched - they used the wrong screws and left 8 holes in one of my door frames, 6 in another. Also made a huge hole in my partition wall when installing the stopper. 4) Complete lack of QC. The installer only noticed the holes when I pointed them out... and didn't proactively check the rest. I found even more holes after he left. 5) Lack of ownership of mistakes. The installer didn't acknowledge the large hole in my wall left by the stopper (that I was standing right next to!), apologise or provide assurance he would rectify it. 6) Left further damages to my house. They chipped off the paint from my bedroom wall (probably banged the door somewhere), and left large wood chips in my toilet bowl. I had to stick my hand down the pipe to clear it. They sent down a supervisor to patch up the damages subsequently but of course they could only fix cosmetic issues. Will always have to live with the fact that there are holes in my door frames. No compensation was offered. Also very very worried about the long term stability of my door frames after the repeated screwing and unscrewing, especially as we installed semi-solid doors in the UVPC frame (they advised this was ok). Only time will tell but frames really expensive to replace and doing so will affect the surrounding tiles and carpentry. Also hoping we won't have the issue of adjacent wall tiles sliding off due to the damaged walls. The team that came to rectify the issue said it has happened before to other households...

Found this place thru lazada / shopee and was unable to check out all our lights as we ordered too much quantity. Alex helped us alot with our Phillips hue bulb purchases. He gave us alot of important details and advice which really helped with our light plan. Like apparently Phillips hue light strips need 3 pin plug and cant connect directly to the light point. Decided to buy from here after comparing a few places as it is cheaper due to the end of year promo.
